    Partner and Head of Jersey Property Law, Wendy Lambert 

    Wendy has a great deal of experience in many areas of Jersey law having started her career as a conveyancing clerk, qualifying as a Jersey solicitor and working in the Property area for 11 years before moving to head the Mergers & Acquisitions team. From there Wendy went on to develop an Employment practise as the laws began to develop in that area in Jersey and then moved to head up the Property team from 1 October 2008.

    Wendy qualified as a Jersey solicitor in 1993, became a partner in September 2000 and is the chair of the Employment Forum, a non-governmental body which advises the States of Jersey on the implementation of employment legislation in Jersey and a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

    The 2007 edition of Legal 500 UK lists Wendy as a Leading Individual.

    Senior Associate, Gio Pollano

    Gio has 20 years’ experience with Mourant du Feu & Jeune and is an associate of the firm. He specialises in conveyancing and general commercial property law matters. As a property specialist, Gio is well-placed to act as an independent director of offshore commercial property structures. He was appointed notary public in 2001.

    Gio is listed in the Legal 500 UK, 2007, Who’s Who in the Law directory.
