    Advocate Jamie Sullivan

    After reading Law in Bristol, Jamie went on to pass the Law Society’s examinations for admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He returned to Jersey in 2002 and was recently called to the Jersey Bar. Jamie specialises in all aspects of Jersey Property Law, both residential and commercial. However his focus is on commercial matters, typically advising on all aspects of commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, property development, secured lending and corporate transactions. Prior to joining the Property practice at Mourant, Jamie gained valuable experience in the firm’s Disputes practice area, where he dealt with a wide variety of litigious matters. Jamie’s combined property and dispute resolution experience makes him well placed to advise on any contentious Property Law issues.

    Jean Le Mière

    Jean is the conveyancing manager at Mourant du Feu & Jeune and, with over 40 years experience, is one of the most experienced conveyancers in Jersey. Jean deals with all types of conveyancing and aspects of conveyancing law. He is a past chairman of the panel appointed by the Royal Court of Jersey in a Vue de Vicomte (a panel of the most experienced conveyancers appointed to adjudge on land disputes) and a Member of the court’s consultative panel of conveyancers. Jean is a tutor on conveyancing to many Jersey law students.
