Andrew is an Australian lawyer, admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1996 in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. Prior to joining Mourant du Feu & Jeune in Jersey in November 2004, Andrew was a lawyer at Harwood Andrews Lawyers in Melbourne, Australia where he specialised in trusts, business and investment structuring (including asset protection), taxation and superannuation. Andrew has been based in our London office from December 2007 and advises on all aspects of non-contentious Jersey trust law matters with particular focus on transactional work involving trusts, advising trustees of equity and property investments funds, unit trusts, pensions and employment benefit trusts, and the issuance of legal opinions for transactional work. Andrew became a Senior Associate of the firm in April 2007.
