Jacqueline specialises in funds and corporate/commercial work. Jacqueline has worked on many innovative securitisations, asset backed financing and commercial property financing structures. Her investment funds practice focuses on private equity and property funds. A Mourant du Feu & Jeune partner since 1990, she was appointed as a Jersey Financial Services Commissioner in October 2001. Among other private equity investment houses, Jacqueline advises the CVC Capital Partners Group of companies.

Jacqueline is listed in the Legal 500 UK, 2007, Who’s Who in the Law directory and as Internationally Recognised in Who’s Who Legal 2007. Chambers Global 2007 ranks Jacqueline for both her commercial and funds practice.
