Martin has extensive experience in structured finance, capital markets and derivatives, project finance, leveraged buy-outs, asset finance and film finance. Martin joined Mourant du Feu & Jeune in October 2004 and previously worked with leading law firms in London, New York, Hong Kong, Sydney and Edinburgh. Martin also has in-house experience as head of legal and prudential for the Asset and Infrastructure Group at Macquarie Bank. Martin has regularly advised on the contractual arrangements and regulatory issues relating to the establishment and distribution of investment funds for different asset classes and tax efficient leveraged investments in various institutional and retail capital markets products. Martin is admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, England and Wales (currently non-practising) and Hong Kong, and as an attorney and counsellor-at-law in New York.
