Gregory is an Associate in the Finance Practice Area focusing mainly on advice to banks and borrowers in relation to credit facilities, covering acquisition finance, leveraged finance and property finance transactions as well as corporate restructurings. He is also involved in debt issuance transactions, repackagings and securitisations. An alumnus of Allen & Overy in London, Gregory qualified as an English solicitor after studying for an LLB/Maîtrise dual degree at the Universities of Exeter and Rennes. Gregory sits on the executive of the Association of English Solicitors in Jersey, and is a member of the Franco-British Lawyers Society.
