Daniel focuses on private equity funds and public and private property funds. He gave the Jersey legal advice for the first Expert Fund launched in Jersey and has advised on many fund restructurings and migrations. He became a partner of Mourant du Feu & Jeune in 2004, having worked for the firm since 1995. After being called to the English Bar he was admitted as a Jersey solicitor in 1998 and as a Jersey advocate in 1999. Daniel was the head of the firm’s London office during secondment from 2006-2007 and continues to work closely with the significant team of Mourant lawyers in the London office.
