Based in the Jersey office, Jonathan advises leading financial institutions, corporates and intermediaries on a wide range of capital markets, structured finance and investment fund transactions. He has been a partner since 2003 and is a member of the Mourant du Feu & Jeune management board and the Mourant Limited supervisory board. Between 2003 and 2006, he was the head of the firm’s London office. Jonathan has been named as a leading lawyer in IFLR’s guide to the worlds leading structured finance and securitisation lawyers.

Jonathan was called to the English Bar in 1995. He joined the banking and international finance practice of CMS Cameron McKenna in London in 1996 where he qualified and practised as an English solicitor. In 1998, he joined Mourant du Feu & Jeune and in 2000 qualified as a Jersey advocate. Jonathan is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
