Fleet Street Finance One PLC - August 2005

Ben Robins, John Rainer and Gregory White provided Jersey legal advice to Goldman Sachs International as arranger in relation to their first European CMBS conduit deal involving the issue of £659,250,000 notes by Fleet Street Finance One PLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Ireland. The collateral includes large nursing home and hotel exposures and through structural innovations the administrative risk associated with businesses operating in nursing home and hotel sectors was eliminated.
