Mourant admitted as listing agent by Cayman Islands Stock Exchange

Mourant is pleased to announce that it has been admitted as a listing agent by the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX).

The appointment is the latest stage in Mourant’s successful extension of its legal and administration services into the Cayman market. Mourant’s Cayman office opened in October 2004 and has rapidly established itself as an effective alternative to the longer- established Cayman firms.
