Mark is an Advocate who was called to the Jersey Bar in July 2004 and is part of the Property team of the Business Practice Area. Mark spent the early part of his legal career as a Court Advocate in the busy litigation department of another local law firm. Joining Mourant du Feu & Jeune in 2006, initially he worked in the financial services and corporate and banking areas of the firm, before moving into the Property team. Mark originally graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Following which he completed a short career commission as an officer in the Royal Navy. Mark’s legal training began with a Masters in Law (Legal Aspects of Medical Practice) from the University of Wales, Cardiff and his academic and professional training for the English Bar was undertaken in Bristol. He was called to the English Bar (Middle Temple) in 2001.
