ProPart Funding Limited Partnership - September 2005

Ben Robins advised on a €150,000,000 upper tier 2 capital raising for IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG involving the establishment of a Jersey limited partnership which issued Dated Upper Tier 2 Securities and used the proceeds of issue to acquire profit participation securities issued by IKB. The Securities were rated and listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. BNP Paribas were sole structuring adviser and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Frankfurt were their lead counsel.
