Donald Spence, Associate

		T: + 1 345 946 2212 E: donald.spence@mourant.com Donald is a graduate of the University of Liverpool (England), LLB (Hons).  Donald obtained the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Inns of Court School of Law at The City University, London (England), in 2002 and, after completing his professional training with another leading offshore firm, was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands in 2004.  Donald also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.  As Internal Legal Counsel with Trident Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd., Donald was responsible for establishing the company’s in-house legal practice in addition to serving as the company’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer.  Donald is a member of our Cayman Funds team.
