Rani is based in the firm’s London office. Prior to joining the firm in July 2006 Rani spent three years in the London office of US firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP, specialising in structured finance and debt capital markets. Before that she worked at Ogier in Jersey, covering a wide variety of financing structures including CDOs, ABCPs, SIVs, repackaging programmes, sale and leasebacks and cashbox structures. Rani qualified as an advocate in 2001.
