Michael rejoined Mourant du Feu & Jeune in May 2006. Previously he has worked in the banking departments of Clifford Chance in London and Allen, Allen & Hemsley (now Allens Arthur Robinson) in Sydney. He has a broad range of experience in the areas of general banking, acquisition finance, debt and equity capital markets, structured products and private equity. Michael was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2001 but does not currently practise English law.
