SURF CPDOs – October 2006

CPDOs use elements from CDO and CPPI technology to produce a new fully rated non principal-protected fixed income credit investment tool. SURF has been credited with opening a new market with a product which allows a wide range of investors who are restricted from investing in unrated securities to access credit instruments that use dynamic leverage.
