Cordea Savills - Diversified Residential Opportunities Fund Limited

Jonathan Rigby and Simon Felton, both of Mourant’s City of London office, advised Cordea Savills Wealth Management LLP in relation to the establishment of Diversified Residential Opportunities Fund Limited, an open-ended collective investment fund offering private investors and pensions funds an opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of residential properties in the United Kingdom.

Mourant Capital Markets Services Limited acted as listing sponsor to the fund, the shares in which are listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. The investment strategy of the fund targets those sectors which are not directly tied to movements in house prices and are able to offer stable levels of income as well as lease characteristics more commonly associated with commercial property.
