Katharine joined Mourant in 2002 after having obtained two degrees at Carleton University in Canada in constitutional law and political science and a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School. She continued her studies and obtained an English law degree from Nottingham Law School. Katharine has previously worked in the Business Practice Area where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate work including continuances and reorganisations for Jersey based clients. Katharine currently works in the Finance Practice Area focusing on financial services and corporate and banking work and has almost completed the Jersey law exams.
