Helen trained and qualified as an English solicitor (currently non-practising) and worked in both private practice and as a senior in-house lawyer for a UK public sector body before joining Mourant in 2001. She specialises in commercial and corporate issues relating to Jersey companies and employment law. Helen is a member of Mourant’s employment law team. Prior to joining Mourant, Helen led a team of lawyers specialising in public procurement and all forms of contracts between public and private sector bodies including PFI and PPPs. As a result, Helen is very familiar with all types of public private partnerships and the issues arising from them, together with the political environment in which they operate.
