Mathew obtained a degree in law and accounting from Kingston University and a Legal Practice Course certificate from the College of Law before joining Mourant in August 2000. He joined the Mourant and gained experience in both legal and administration services. He specialises in regulatory and financial services work, advising both local financial institutions and local regulatory bodies.
