Gareth Rigby and Alistair Horn advised The British Land Company PLC and subsidiary companies in connection with the consolidation of various series of British Land Group debentures, benefiting from a combined security pool valued at £1.8 billion. A number of properties in the pool have a split title with a Jersey incorporated legal title holder. The structure involved 33 Jersey companies.
