James Ruane and Gregory White advised Lloyds TSB Bank plc as Facility Agent, Security Agent and Lender in connection with the Jersey legal aspects of the £125 million senior, second lien and mezzanine credit facilities provided to the special purpose vehicle acquiring Europackaging, the leading international manufacturer, distributor and consolidator of packaging products.

Simon Gould and Mark Estella advised MidOcean Partners in relation to the Jersey law aspects of their acquisition of Europackaging one of the UK’s largest packaging companies. The business generates annual sales of about £225 million and its main customers are retailers such supermarket groups and other well known international stores.
