Alastair joined Mourant du Feu & Jeune 1989 and became a partner in 1995. He specialises in securitisations and structured finance, as well as collective investment fund formation and advice. Alastair has acted in some of the most important securitisations involving Jersey structures in recent years, including aircraft lease and credit card securitisations.
