CVC European Equity Partners Tandem Fund

Jacqueline Richomme advised long-time client CVC in the establishment of Jersey vehicles as the general partner and carried interest partner in the three limited partnerships which make up CVC’s eighth fund, CVC European Equity Partners Tandem Fund, established to invest alongside previous CVC European investment funds. Investor partners admitted in December 2006 and January 2007 have committed to date a total of €4,123,00,000. CVC European Equity Fund IV raised commitments of €6 billion making combined current amounts for investment in Europe of over €10 billion. Mourant du Feu & Jeune’s work included the structuring of the Jersey vehicles and obtaining regulatory consents under the Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) law in relation to the Fund. The fund is administered by Mourant & Co Limited. MdFJ worked with Kirkland & Ellis and Walkers.
