3i Infrastructure Limited

Simon Felton and Daniel Birtwistle led the Mourant du Feu & Jeune team providing Jersey legal advice in relation to the establishment of 3i Infrastructure Limited, the largest infrastructure fund in Europe. 3i Infrastructure Limited raised a total of £700,000,000 by way of a global offer and intermediaries offer of ordinary shares and warrants. 3i Infrastructure Fund Limited is a closed ended collective investment fund listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on 13 March 2007. 3i Infrastructure Limited acquired an initial portfolio of infrastructure investments such as Anglian Water and will seek to acquire further equity investments in entities owning infrastructure businesses and assets, in Europe, North America and Asia and its global remit differentiates it from other infrastructure funds.
