Charlotte qualified as an English barrister in 2000.  She worked in the City at Lovells in its pensions specialist team until the end of 2004 when she returned to Jersey to join Carey Olsen’s fiduciary law group where she was promoted to Senior Associate.  She joined Mourant in 2007 and specialises in hedge funds and collective investment funds; in particular, unit trusts, corporate transactions and the regulation of financial services businesses in Jersey.
