Cyman Davies, Joel Hernandez and Alistair Horn advised IL&FS Investment Managers Limited, one of India’s largest private equity fund managers in connection with the establishment of a Jersey closed-ended feeder fund to Tara India Fund III, LLC, a private equity fund targeting commitments of $400 million for investment into India.
