Nova Polonia Natexis II, L.P.

Ben Robins and Joel Hernandez advised on the establishment of Nova Polonia Natexis II LP, a private equity fund advised by the team of Krokus Private Equity.

In June 2007, Nova Polonia Natexis II LP held its final closing with commitments of €100 million, which significantly exceeding the initial target of €75 million. The new fund will target expansion and buy-out opportunities in the Polish market. Targeted industry sectors include manufacturing, distribution, transportation and construction materials.
