Sale of the Telford Shopping Centre

Jacqueline Richomme and Joel Hernandez advised Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited ("USSL") on the Jersey law aspects of its interest in the Telford Shopping Centre, which was sold for £442 million to US based fund manager Apollo Real Estate Advisors and the Hark Group. The team at Mourant du Feu & Jeune worked with Lawrence Graham, London, lead advisors to USSL. Nabarro advised Apollo Real Estate Advisors and the Hark Group.
