Sale of Gyle Shopping Centre

Jacqueline Richomme  and Joel Hernandez advised Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited ("USSL") on the Jersey law aspects of its interest in the Gyle Shopping Centre, which was sold for £267 million to Belfast based property company William Ewart Properties Limited.
