Alpha Private Equity Fund 5

Ben Robins and Joel Hernandez advised on the Jersey legal aspects of the establishment of Alpha Private Equity Fund 5 ("APEF 5") and APEF 5’s subsequent conversion to a Jersey expert fund.

APEF 5 is a closed-ended private equity fund with capital commitments of €900 million. APEF 5 invests primarily in expansion and late-stage businesses and businesses permitting leveraged management buy-out structures throughout Europe, with special attention to France, Germany, Italy, Benelux and Switzerland.
