Peter joined the Finance practice of Mourant du Feu & Jeune in September 2005. He has been involved in the setting up of and transactions relating to private equity funds, property funds and unit trusts and has also has worked on a variety of debt and equity based capital markets structures and as well as on various corporate transactions. Peter trained as an English solicitor at White & Case in London spending time in the Corporate and Project Finance departments as well as working in Singapore in the Banking and the Restructuring department. Peter previously studied History & Ancient History at Exeter University before completing his legal studies there.
