Nicholas qualified as a barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in March 2002, having been awarded both the Thomas More Bursary and the Kennedy Scholarship by Lincoln’s Inn. He holds an LLB (Wales) and M.Phil (Cantab.). Nicholas is primarily a criminal defence specialist in the Cayman Islands. He practises in all tiers of the Cayman Islands Courts. Further practice areas include civil litigation and private prosecutions against the police.
