Neal specialises in all aspects of corporate work with a particular focus on investment funds. He formerly practised with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Simmons & Simmons in London and with Edward Nathan & Friedland Inc. in Johannesburg. Neal holds a Masters of Studies degree from Oxford University, and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and as an Attorney in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. Neal is consistently ranked in international legal directories as one of the leading lawyers in the Cayman Islands. He is also a Notary Public.
