AREIM I Fund, L.P.

Ben Robins, Felicia de Laat and Stephanie Cope advised in relation to the establishment of this private fund advised by AREIM, a Sweden-based real estate advisory and asset management firm. The fund, established as a Jersey limited partnership with a Jersey general partner, is seeking to invest in the Swedish real estate market, with aggregate commitments of SEK 2,105 million.
