Accent Equity 2008 L.P.

Ben Robins and Victoria Steen advised Accent Equity A.B., a Swedish private equity advisor, in relation to the establishment of their latest fund, Accent Equity 2008. The fund is looking to raise commitments in the region of €380 million and its strategy is to make private equity and equity-related investments primarily in the lower mid-market buy-out, and later stage expansion capital segments of the Nordic region. (Mourant du Feu & Jeune already advises Accent Equity in relation to their previous fund, Accent Equity 2003.)
