Warren started his legal career with Clifford Chance in 1990 and upon qualification as an English solicitor he worked in their New York and Moscow offices. After spending four years with Allen & Overy in Singapore Warren relocated to Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 2001 to work again with Clifford Chance. He joined Mourant du Feu & Jeune in 2005. At Mourant du Feu & Jeune Warren deals with corporate and structured finance, capital markets, securitisations, restructuring and derivatives.
