Merger with Quin & Hampson

Partners Wendy Lambert and Elaine Millar and Associate Matthew Shaxson advised the Mourant group in relation to merger of Mourant du Feu & Jeune with the Caymanian law firm Quin & Hampson and Mourant Cayman Limited’s acquisition of Quin & Hampson’s associated corporate and administration services group.
