Rachel joined Mourant in 2001 after completing the CPE and LPC at Exeter University and was sworn in as a Jersey advocate in 2004. Rachel specialises in capital markets and corporate banking and was part of the Mourant team in the recent high-profile transaction involving the £1bn refinancing of the Drax power station.
