Mourant expands its International Finance Administration services into Ireland with the opening of a new office in Dublin

The new office will focus on providing the structured finance community in Ireland with Mourant’s high quality SPV administration services.

Heading up the new office is Peter O’Leary, an Irish solicitor previously with A&L Goodbody in Ireland and more recently with Mourant’s team based in Jersey . Peter said; "I’m delighted to have the opportunity to lead such a strong administration brand as it enters a new geographical market. Mourant’s highly professional and structured approach to providing SPV administration services is outstanding, which is evidenced by the high quality of its client base. Mourant’s new offices are based at the Fitzwilliam Business Centre at 77 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin . The location is ideally suited to service the local finance community and is close to the city centre.
