Triple Channel Island Success for Mourant in Private Banking Awards

Mourant has been named the best specialist provider in the Channel Islands in three categories of the Euromoney Private Banking and Wealth Management Survey 2008.

Mourant Private Wealth, the wealth management division of international specialist services firm Mourant, has come top in the annual survey in the Channel Islands categories for ’Best Non-Bank Provider of Trust Services Channel Islands’, ’Best Non-Bank Provider of Family Office Services Channel Islands’ and ’Best Non-Bank Provider of Offshore Services in Jersey’.

This is the fourth year that Mourant has come top in the Channel Islands categories of the Euromoney Private Banking survey.  Since 2005, the firm has been named as the best specialist provider of trust services, philanthropy services, family office services, offshore services and inheritance and succession planning in the Channel Islands.

The results of the Euromoney survey aim to provide a qualitative and quantitative review of banking services targeted at wealthy clients and act as a guide of service providers for high net worth individuals. The global survey, a ’peer’s poll’, is conducted by asking professionals in the private wealth industry to identify the companies they consider to be the top service providers. The results are then divided by business area and by geographical location.

Mourant’s success in the survey will be recognised at the Euromoney Private Banking Awards, which will be held in London on 31st January 2008.
