Celsius Solutions PCC Limited - October 2007

John Lewis advised in relation to the incorporation of Celsius Solutions PCC Limited (a Guernsey protected cell company) and the creation of its first two cells. The company has been established as part of a programme of preference share issues, and allows new cells to be created to act as additional issuers, issuing preference shares backed by alternative funding sources. The programme is arranged by Barclays Capital. Linklaters LLP advised as to English law.
