Nicolas advises on M&A and general corporate matters. He qualified in Canada in 2004 where he practiced as a solicitor for 3 years at a boutique law firm in Montreal gaining a broad experience in corporate and commercial matters. He joined the Jersey office of Mourant du Feu & Jeune in January 2008 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Barreau du Quebec.
