Helen specialises in all aspects of employment law (both contentious and non-contentious). Being a member of the Business Practice Area, Helen also advises Jersey-based businesses on a range of corporate and commercial issues including mergers and acquisitions, data protection and competition law. Helen also specialises in advising clients wishing to set up new businesses in Jersey including advice on obtaining Regulation of Undertakings licences.

Helen trained and qualified as an English Solicitor in 1998 (currently non-practising), qualified as a Jersey advocate in 2008 and now heads the Employment team. Prior to joining Mourant in 2001, Helen worked in both private practice and as a senior in-house lawyer for a UK public sector body.
