Tom is a qualified New York attorney and is based in the London office of Mourant du Feu & Jeune where he has worked for the last two years. Having begun his career in Jersey working for two years at another leading Jersey law firm, Tom moved to Mourant du Feune & Jeune in September 2005. Tom advises on a wide range of corporate, structured finance, capital markets and investment fund matters and has advised on a large number of both corporate and banking transactions and Jersey property unit trust structures. Tom works on a regular basis with some of the UK’s leading banks and property investment companies.
