The fund is structured as a Jersey unit trust authorised for Jersey regulatory purposes as an Expert Fund. 
Sponsored by Grosvenor Investment Management Ltd, the fund invests in the Grosvenor London Office Fund, a UK partnership which invests in high quality office buildings in prime locations in central London having a minimum value of between £20 million and £30 million.
