The fund is structured as a Jersey unit trust authorised for Jersey regulatory purposes as an Expert Fund.  Sponsored by Grosvenor Investment Management Limited, the fund invests in The Grosvenor Residential Investment Fund, a UK partnership which invests in quality residential investment properties in clearly researched and defined clusters of cities and towns situated throughout the United Kingdom.
