Cordea Savills UK Property Ventures No. 1

Daniel Birtwistle and Leanne Wallser provided Jersey legal advice in relation to the establishment and financing of a new closed-ended property investment fund known as Cordea Savills UK Property Ventures No. 1.  The fund, which is marketed as a collective investment scheme under FSMA, is structured as an English Limited Partnership with a variety of European feeder vehicles (including a Jersey company providing for investment by way of a stapled package of shares and loan notes).
