He specialises in capital markets, securitisations and funds. A large part of his work involves raising finance on the French capital markets through Billets de Trésorerie debt issuing vehicles. Howard’s fluent French has enabled him to establish and maintain close professional relationships with many of the major law firms, banks and arrangers in the French capital markets sector. Having successfully completed the Common Professional Examination, Howard is now studying towards his qualification to become a Jersey solicitor.
