International law firm of the year nomination for Mourant du Feu & Jeune

Mourant du Feu & Jeune, part of Mourant, has been nominated for International Law Firm of the Year in the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2008.

The awards, which are in their third year, are awarded to organisations that excel in the provision of advisory and wealth management services to private clients with assets of £25 million or more.

"We are delighted to be shortlisted for international law firm of the year," said Mourant du Feu & Jeune managing partner, Jonathan Rigby. "We have had a great start to 2008, which follows an exceptional 2007; a year in which we celebrated our 60th anniversary and completed a merger with Quin & Hampson in the Cayman Islands – our first merger with another law firm in our 60-year history."

The award will be presented by former MP, Gyles Brandreth, on Thursday 8 May at the Millenium Mayfair Hotel, London.

Last year, Mourant du Feu & Jeune was voted Offshore Law Firm of the Year by one of the industry’s foremost legal directories, Chambers.
