We advised Sark resident trustees of a Guernsey law governed trust on the sale of a substantial Plc including commenting on the Guernsey law impact on provisions within the sale and purchase agreement and issuing opinions as to the validity of the trust, powers of the trustees and enforceability of the obligations of the vendor as trustee under Guernsey law.
